The National Hockey League (NHL) has partnered with the top online games provider, Low6. The game provider is now the official free-to-play games partner of the league, and it will continue to sponsor all NHL events on its platform. The advantage of the free-to-play gamified experiences can support the user’s sports betting experience and enhance customer retention.
The premier NHL games from Low6 hit the market in December 2022 on the Bet99 platform. With the free-to-play NHL PrePlay, fans got the chance to win up to CA$ 100,000, gift cards, and ticket giveaways.
“We are thrilled that Low6 has been selected as a free-to-play games provider for the NHL. Over the next two years, we will be providing highly innovative games, actionable data, and a whole heap of fun for users. We look forward to working with the NHL and their commercial partners in activating revenue throughout our gamification suite.”
Jamie Mitchell, CEO and Co-Founder of Low6
The second game to be released by Low6 was the Pepsi Zero Sugar NHL Goalie Challenge, which got the attention of players in Canada and globally. Currently, the game library features a good selection of hockey-themed games, like the NHL Winter Classic, NHL All-Star Bingo, and NHL All-Star Fan Vote. The provider has promised to release more NHL games in the near future to meet growing demand. These games will include the 2023 Stanely Cup Final Bingo game.
