Betfred needs no introduction to horse racing and sports lovers. The Arena Racing Company has partnered with Doncaster Racecourse to sponsor this year’s St Leger Festival, scheduled on 14-17 September. The sponsorship deal will see both companies enjoy branding tied to other big races, such as the May Hill Stakes, the Doncaster Cup, and Champagne Stakes.

Fred Done, CEO of Betfred, said, “I am proud to be associated with the

world’s oldest classic, which is obviously synonymous with great horses like Triple Crown winner Nijinsky, Dunfermline for the Queen, and Oh So Sharp for Sir Henry Cecil.”

Commenting on the new partnership, Martin Cruddace, CEO of ARC, said they were pleased to have Betfred sponsoring the upcoming event.

“Fred Done and his team have long been keen supporters of British racing, and the inclusion of this historic race meeting into their sponsorship portfolio is another indication of their commitment to the sport,” added Cruddace.
